WATTA junior CHAMPIONS Fundraising started it's campaign this year at the South West Open in Busselton during the long weekend in June.
Lots of people put their $2 into the 50/50 board in the hope of winning $50. The lucky winner, Ellen Coy gladly tucked that note into her wallet. We hope she found something really special to spend it on.
The Lucky Money tree proved to be a real attraction. Our beautiful young tree (yes a real one!) was decorated with lots of very lucky 'scratchies'. The winner, Deborah Lisson took delivery of her tree and has not been heard of since - - we are wondering - - - did she scratch a fortune? We certainly hope so.
Great fun and some valuable funds to help get our Juniors over to Brisbane for the Australian national Championships. You can look forward to some more chances to be a winner at the West Coast Open, see you there!
